Data, purposes and legal bases
Full name, email, optional phone number and message are processed to respond to service and quotation requests (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); other enquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding (point (f)). Providing data is voluntary, but name, email and message are required to submit the form.
Technical browsing and submission data, including IP address and browser information, support website operation, font and map display and abuse prevention, on the basis of the studio’s legitimate interest in presenting its services and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Any legal obligations are based on point (c).
Recipients and transfers
Data are accessible to authorised studio personnel and hosting (Hostinger) and email providers. Google receives browsing data when Google Fonts and the map on the Contact page load, as described in its privacy policy.
Transfers to Google LLC in the United States, a participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, rely on the adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Other possible transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered, where necessary, by standard contractual clauses (Article 46 GDPR); safeguards and how to obtain copies are described in the terms of Google and Hostinger.
Retention
Enquiries received by email are retained for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up, then deleted, unless legal obligations or the protection of rights require retention. Browsing data are retained as needed to operate and protect the services, in accordance with the providers’ terms linked above.
Your rights
You may write to the contact above to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, where applicable under Articles 15-22 GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The studio does not carry out profiling or solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies
The website uses no cookies or other device storage tools. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s cookie policy.
